When Mt. Kisco Wines & Spirits – a leading wine and spirit retailer in Westchester, NY – were ready to do something new and engaging with their walls, they approached FotoFriend artist Ken Silver for artwork. We worked with the artist to put together a series of his photographs as pleximounts that were specially designed to fit into the existing layout of the store.

AN ARRANGEMENT OF WORKS BY KEN SILVER BEHIND THE CHECKOUT COUNTER

In order to have the greatest impact, the store owners determined that they wanted to put the artwork behind the counter and above the wine racks. This improved the customer experience by making it a more enjoyable space for browsing wine options. Given the stores extensive options for wines & spirits, it made sense to keep customers as happy and engaged as possible while browsing.

The final result of this project was a group of beautiful photographs from around the world in a beautifully lit space. To learn more about the pleximount see our post about the process here. You can also make your own at fotofoamco.com/fotoframer!
